To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will place a copy in the Library of the health and safety policy of each of the agencies within his Department.

The chief executives of the Central Office of Information, the Civil Service college, her Majesty's Stationery Office, the Occupational Health Service and the Recruitment and Assessment Services Agency are responsible for health and safety policy within their agencies.
