§ Mr. DalyellTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the Nimmo Smith/Friel report of their review of the cases mentioned in a report to the chief constable of the Lothian and Borders police.
§ Mr. LangMr. Nimmo Smith and Mr. Friel have not as yet completed their investigation nor reported to my noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate. It is therefore not appropriate at this stage to make any statement.
