§ Mr. Lennox-BoydOur ambassador to Addis Ababa visited northern Somalia on 2 to 5 November. He went to Hargeisa, Berbera, Sheikh and Burao. He met local leaders and clan elders as well as representatives of United Nations and other aid agencies. His visit was not intended to indicate any recognition of the so-called Republic of Somaliland.
