§ Mr. Portillo[holding answer 11 November 1992]: Figures for public sector asset creation between 1978–79 and 1991–92 were published in cash and real terms in table 8.3 of the Statistical Supplement to the 1991 "Autumn Statement" (Cm 1920). Figures for central Government and nationalised industries' asset creation between 1986–87 and 1994–95 were published in tables 4.6 and 6.3 of the Statistical Supplement to the 1991 "Autumn Statement".
