To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received regarding the proposal to close three valuation tribunal offices in Wales and to reduce the number of staff; and if he will make a statement.

I have received 33 representations in response to my consultation paper "Review of Valuation Tribunal Offices". I am considering these and I will announce my decision in due course.
