HC Deb 13 November 1992 vol 213 c1004W
Mr. Redmond

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer of 19 October,Official Report column 159, in what form information is held, in respect of low flying by helicopters and complaints received in Eastern Command; and if he will publish such information as is available.

Mr. Archie Hamilton

Information is held by name of complainant not by region or by Army command district. Any complaint about low flying received within eastern district would be passed to the appropriate MOD branch. For Army aircraft this would be HQ staff at Wilton, Salisbury, who assumed this responsibility in April. Since then two complaints have been received about a single incident in the Derby area on 10 June 1992.
