To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether a decision has been reached on the location of the headquarters of the Urban Regeneration Agency.

Mr. Redwood

It is too early to say where the headquarters of the agency will be located. We will look closely at the merits of each region before coming to a decision in consultation with Lord Walker.
