§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe Severn bridge tolls will be increased on 1 January 1993 by 10.7 per cent. in cash terms. This will represent a year-on-year increase of 6.9 per cent. in real terms.
§ Mr. Jon Owen JonesTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make arrangements for regular users of the Severn bridge to he able to buy block books of tickets for use after 31 December.
§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThis is a matter for the concessionaire, Severn River Crossing Plc. I understand that the company will be offering for sale books of tickets at the 1993 rates from 7 December onwards.
