§ Mr. Robin SquireLocal authority tendering for large capital projects is governed by EC regulations and local authorities' own standing orders as well as by the compulsory competitive tendering provisions of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, the Local Government Act 1988, and the Local Government Act 1992.
