§ 1 Advisory Officer, Science Specialist, SPTO, HPTO, SRO and RO grades have been absorbed into the restructured Consultancy Grades in the 1992–93 figures.
§ 2 The number of administrative and support grade staff go up in 1992–93 because MAFF staff engaged on ADAS work are not included in the ADAS 1991–92 figures.
