1 Advisory Officer, Science Specialist, SPTO, HPTO, SRO and RO grades have been absorbed into the restructured Consultancy Grades in the 1992–93 figures.

2 The number of administrative and support grade staff go up in 1992–93 because MAFF staff engaged on ADAS work are not included in the ADAS 1991–92 figures.

To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, if he will list by grade the number of staff and their cost for 1991–92 and the estimated figures for 1992–93 for each executive agency for which he is responsible.
