§ Mr. SoamesApart from sheep dips, the review of licensed ectoparasiticide medicinal products has almost been completed. For outstanding products, companies have been asked to provide the necessary data as soon as possible.
On sheep dips, since the announcement of the completion by the independent Veterinary Products Committee of the initial phase of its review, the Veterinary Medicines Directorate has had dicussions with the pharmaceutical companies concerned about further work that is required to bring the review to a conclusion. The companies have been asked to progress this work as speedily as possible. It is however, unlikely that the review of these products will be complete before mid-1993.
