§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 2 November 1992]: Consideration is at present being given to a proposal for support, under the tariff rebate subsidy scheme, of a new project for the shipment of timber from remote and relatively inaccessible locations. An announcement will be made in due course once a decision has been reached.
