Mr. Burden

To ask the Secretary of State for Health what disciplinary action has been taken against managers in South Birmingham health authority in respect of the deficit facing that authority; and what were the results.

Disciplinary action is a matter for the South Birmingham district and West Midlands regional health authority.

To ask the Secretary of State for Health how widely the KPMG Peat Marwick report into South Birmingham health authority has been circulated; and if she will place a copy in the Library.

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if she will publish tables showing the proportions of manual, non-manual and all full-time employees earning less than(a) £147.85 per week, (b) £197.30 per week and (c) £207.13 per week excluding overtime payments for (i) men, (ii) women and (iii)) both sexes by standard economic region, for Great Britain as a whole and for Northern Ireland;

(2) if she will publish tables showing the proportion of full-time employees earning less than (a) £120.12, management executive, to directors of West Midlands regional health authority and the directors of South Birmingham health authority. Its circulation is a matter for the regional health authority.
