§ Mr. YeoA statistical bulletin "Personal Social Services: provision for people with mental illness in England 1980–90" was published in December 1991. In addition, a bulletin on "NHS Hospital Activity Statistics for England" was published in February 1992, providing information on the number of in-patients, out-patients, beds, ward attenders in the mental illness specialty up to 1990–91. "Information on NHS day care facilities", containing data on mental illness from April 1987 to March 1990 was published in September 1991. Copies of these publications have been placed in the Library. More detailed figures relating to mental illness are planned for publication later this year and next year.
