§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleDetailed design work for the installation of emergency telephones on the A 12 Chelmsford bypass is currently being carried out. Once the design has been finalised the programme for installation will be drawn up. Only then will a specific date for completion be available.
Funds have been set aside for completion of the work in this financial year.
