When they expect the draft Treaty on European Union as signed by the Foreign Secretary at Maastricht in February last to be printed and published, and at what price; and whether a cheap, popular version of the Treaty will be made available at the same time.
The Earl of CaithnessThe Treaty on European Union is being published as a Command Paper; we expect it to be ready by the end of April. Members of the public will be able to obtain copies through HMSO on request; the cost has not yet been determined. There are no plans to issue other versions.
