§ Mr. BurtWe have read and are carefully considering the SSAC report in respect of administrative arrangements. The Department has already implemented a number of initiatives aimed at easing access to benefit for young people and at ensuring help is available to those at risk. Benefit arrangements are monitored on a continuing basis and are always under review.
