To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) how many cases there have been of porcine intestinal adeomatosis, non-specific colitis and swine dysentry in pigs in each month since January 1991;

(2) how many cases there have been of swine influenza in each month since January 1991;

(3) how many cases there have been of meningitis in pigs in each month since January 1991;

(4) how many cases there have been of sinusitis and synovitis in turkeys in each month since January 1991;

(5) how many cases there have been of (a) Marek's disease, (b) broiler ascites, (c) egg peritonitis and (d) infectious bursal disease in commercial poultry in each month since January 1991;

(6) how many cases of duck viral enteritis there have been in each month since January 1991.
