§ Mr. Baldry[holding answer 9 June 1992]: It is encouraging that two transfers of housing stock have now taken place under the tenants choice provisions of the Housing Act 1988, and a further five formal applications have been made to acquire property under these provisions. Implementation of the tenants choice scheme is the responsibility of the Housing Corporation and I have, therefore, asked the corporation to reply to the hon. Member direct with more information about the scheme.
