§ Mr. Lennox-BoydOn 5 June my right hon. and noble Friend the Minister for Overseas Development announced a pledge of £1 million to the UNHCR appeal. A further £1 million is being given to WFP and CARE to help supply, transport, distribute and monitor food for 500,000 Kenyans in the most seriously affected districts of northern Kenya.
