To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what percentage of Overseas Development Agency funds are targeted(a) through non-governmental organisation projects and (b) through the International Monetary Fund and the World bank.

In 1990–91, the latest statistics available, Overseas Development Administration funds administered through non-governmental organisations represented 5.2 per cent. of the gross aid programme, and the funds channelled through the International Monetary Fund and the World bank 10.2 per cent. of the gross aid programme.
