§ Mr. Neil HamiltonThe report of the Milford inspectors was published on 16 January 1992 thereby putting the inspectors' findings into the public domain. Copies have been provided to the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Law Society and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for them to consider the reported conduct of their members. After considering legal advice it is not proposed to institute proceedings under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986.
