§ Mr. GoodladThe UN transitional authority in Cambodia's mine clearance training unit is led by a British commander supported by 10 other personnel. The United Kingdom is also contributing financially to the mine clearance training programme through payment of our assessed contribution—6.1 per cent.—to the costs of UNTAC. We have given the HALO Trust, a British non-governmental organisation working in Cambodia, £60,000 to help its mine survey work in Cambodia on behalf of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees.
