How many prisoners were held (a) two to a cell designed for one, and (b) three to a cell designed for one, on the most recent available date.

On 2nd April, the latest date for which figures are available, the number of prisoners held two to a cell designed for one was 9,160. The number of prisoners held three to a cell designed for one was 1,272.
