To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give separate figures for the estimated spending by his Department on(a) television advertising, (b) radio advertising, (c) newspaper advertising and (d) other promotional material during 1992–93.

Mr. Nelson

The estimated spending on advertising and other promotional material by Her Majesty's Treasury during 1992–93 is £72,500, none of which will be for television or radio advertising.
