§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 11 June 1992]: My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has no plans at present to visit the Scottish Council for Spastics' Wallace Court residential centre in Elderslie.
I fully recognise the valuable services which the council provides. My right hon. and learned Friend the Minister of State maintains regular contact with the council through my Department's representatives on the council's professional advisory committee.
