To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department when he proposes to implement provision allowing no-win-no-fee arrangements for legal proceedings.

The Lord Chancellor and I are now considering the matters which should be included in an order to be made under the provisions of section 58 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990. We hope to issue a draft order for consultation in the autumn.
