(2) if he intends to permit housing associations to continue to place contracts with builders for (a)10 units, (b)10 to 20 units, (c)20 to 30 units, (d)30 to 40 units and (e)40 to 50 units;
1002W(3) if he has any plans to reduce the provision of housing association new build in rural areas by introducing a minimum threshold number of new units to be contracted for in a limited geographical area;
(4) if he has any plans to introduce changes in the operation of housing associations that would reduce the percentage of new build provided by small builders.
