§ Mr. NorrisThe report on the east London rail study phase 2, commissioned by London Transport and the862W London Docklands development corporation and pubblished earlier this year, identified a number of possible extensions to the rail network including some that would cross the Thames. I understand that further work is being undertaken on certain of the options identified.
