§ Sir David SteelTo ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will urge all member states to(a) honour the China-EC bilateral treaty negotiated in their name as members of the European Community, (b) provide compensation by reduction of units equivalent to the ownership of cashmere from the next round of negotiations with China due to commence in September this year for the implementation in January 1993, (c) create a separate sub-limit exclusive to cashmere within the agreement, and (d) recognise that the same problems apply to future negotiations with Mongolia.
