To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will draw up proposals to amend the Banking Act 1987 to prevent auditors of banks advising those banks on tax matters.

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what proposals he has for amending the Banking Act to require all banks to file copies of the audit tenders received with the regulators.
