§ Mr. Jopling
To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will make it her policy that the orders arising from section 30(9) of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 will be laid before Parliament before 16 July.

§ Mr. Sackville
It is our intention that these regulations, which are currently in preparation, will be subject to a wide consultation in the autumn before they are laid before Parliament.
