§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 9 July,Official Report, column 328, if he will specify the form of the congratulation that he has bestowed on the chairman of the South Glamorgan health authority for the professionalism of presentation of waiting times policy; and if he will place a copy in the Library.
