§ Mr. Llew Smith
To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster when Her Majesty's Government will publish the 1992 annual review of Government-funded research and development; and what steps will be taken to ensure widespread distribution of the report.

§ Mr. Waldegrave
The "1992 Annual Review of Government Funded Research and Development" will be published on 28 July. Copies will be placed in the Libraries of both Houses and made available to relevant Select Committees and to the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology. Publication will be marked by a press conference and the review will be on sale at HMSO bookshops.
