What information about deforestation can be derived from satellite photography, including infra-red photography; and whether they will place in the Library of the House any such photographs of the Tibetan autonomous region, together with written interpretation of them by qualified scientists.

According to the National Remote Sensing Centre Ltd. (NRSCL) the technology is available to provide the information to which the noble Lord refers, using satellite photography. But no such research data exists in their library.
