§ Mr. AtkinsOver the next 12 months I shall continue to follow up commitments in the White Paper "This Common Inheritance" (Cm 1200) and its successor "The First Year Report" (Cm 1655) and I shall also be providing a Northern Ireland contribution for a second year report in the autumn. Over the next year and beyond I shall continue to ensure that environmental concerns shape the policy and work of the Northern Ireland Office and Northern Ireland Departments, whenever appropriate.
