§ Mr. ForthEach city technology college is required to have its accounts audited annually by independent 119W auditors. The auditors are required to report that they are satisfied that the college's internal control arrangements are appropriate and they have not identified any material weaknesses. The books and accounts of the college arc also required to be open to officials of the Department for Education and the National Audit Office.
