§ Mr. Lennox-BoydSince the United Kingdom and other donors agreed to restrict new non-humanitarian aid to Malawi, the Government of Malawi have released eight detainees and have agreed that the International Committee of the Red Cross may visit places of detention. We will maintain our pressure.
