§ Sir Wyn RobertsA circular was issued in April 1991, to all local highway authorities in Wales, giving guidance on the use of 20 mph speed limit zones and a number are considering suitable areas. Before making the necessary orders they are required to obtain the Secretary of State's consent. I am not aware of any problems with the procedures and await the first application.
