asked Her Majesty's Government:

When they expect to receive the recommendations of the Inter-Departmental Working Party on the transfer and welfare of sentenced prisoners within the three jurisdictions of the United Kingdom, and whether there will then be further consultation with the relevant statutory and voluntary bodies.
