What will be the rehabilitation periods under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 for curfew orders, combination orders and probation orders following the implementation of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 in October 1992.

The rehabilitation period for probation orders is one year, or until the order expires, whichever is longer. The rehabilitation period for combination orders and curfew orders will be five years.
