§ Mr. Nicholas BennettDiscounting inter-year brokerage and planned movements in balances which can distort an authority's true financial position, only Mid Glamorgan HA has indicated that its overall expenditure in accruals terms, including that of its managed units in providing services for other authorities, will exceed its632W overall income in 1991–92. However, the scale of variance above planned expenditure is marginal, amounts to £0.5 million or 0.2 per cent. of its projected overall income. This will be covered either by a short-term cash loan from another authority or by a small movement in balances which I would expect to be rectified in 1992–93.
