To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the current aid programme to Kenya.

In 1990, the last year for which figures are available, our gross bilateral aid programme, including Commonwealth Development Corporation disbursements of £2.2 million to Kenya, was £44 million.
