asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have noted the remarks of the President of Bosnia, while in Teheran, to the effect that, "If current conditions continue, and if the arms embargo against Bosnia remains in force, the people of Bosnia … will be forced to use existing poisonous gases in Bosnia", and if so what action they intend to take.

We are aware of President Izebegovic's remarks. But we have no evidence of a chemical warfare capability in Bosnia-Hercegovina.
