§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe table shows bilateral development and humanitarian aid to Sudan for financial years 1989–90, 1990–91 and 1991–92. In January 1991 British bilateral development assistance to Sudan was terminated for political and economic reasons including Sudan's record on human rights. There was, however, some residual expenditure in 1991–92.
