§ Mr. EggarThe continued safe operation of the Magnox stations is the responsibility of Nuclear Electric plc. The company must pay full regard in safety matters to the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive's nuclear installations inspectorate. The cost of operating the stations is a commercial matter for Nuclear Electric.
