§ Mr. WaldegraveThe citizens charter calls for all public services to publish targets and performance against them. Overall progress is monitored by the Prime Minister at regular seminars, and published in reports such as the recent White Paper.
§ 35. Mrs. RocheTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what representations he has received following the publication of the first annual report on the citizens charter.
