To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many waivers of disqualification have been granted; and how many have been refused, for employees and trustees of charities since part I of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 came into force on 27 July.

Lord James Douglas-Hamilton:

No waivers of disqualification have been granted and no waivers have been refused for employees and trustees of charities since the coming into force of the Act on 27 July.
