§ Mr. Gwilym JonesUnder the flexible community care grant scheme introduced two years ago, the Welsh Office, in partnership with local authorities, gives grant aid to local projects aimed at developing more flexible forms of community care for elderly people and for people with physical and/or sensory disabilities. Numbers of applications and approved grants are set out in the following table.
