§ Mr. KeyThe management of the royal parks is not being privatised. As my right hon. Friend announced to482W the House on 1 April, the Royal Parks Agency was established on that day with delegated responsibility for the day-to-day management of the royal parks. The agency's chief executive will remain accountable to my right hon. Friend for the agency's performance.
